Rolling River Estates RV Park is your home away from home. We are kid and Pet friendly. We take all forms of payment for your convenience.
All of Rolling River Princeton’s spacious, full hook-up RV sites offer a minimum 30 foot width, 20/30/50 amp electrical service, water and sewer, rock patio with picnic table and old growth trees.
Our 90 foot long pull-thru sites will accommodate the largest rigs without having to unhook! Motorhome guests can select one of our relaxing 60 foot deep head-in sites located along our beautiful, stocked 5.5 acre catch-and-release fishing lake.

- Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
- No FEMA rigs. All rigs must be fully self-contained.
- Maximum of 2 pets. Exceptions are at our discretion.

Princeton RV Park Community
A Clean Park
The park should be kept clean, and we work hard to keep it that way. We have a service to eliminate weeds and maintain cleanliness.
High Speed Internet
Come and enjoy high speed internet service rented by the day or month.

Standard hook-ups are 30 and 50 amps. A Rolling River, we provide sewer and water hookups, and they are included with your space. We are proud of our park and hope you will feel the same way. We are family owned, and we will do everything we can to make you feel welcome and your stay enjoyable. We are a dog-friendly park. However, we do have a rule regarding animals.
Concrete Patios
Have you ever stepped out of your rig only to step in dirt or mud? It’s not much fun, so we built 8’x16’ concrete patios to keep you and your rig clean. It’s big enough to enjoy and store your BBQ along with other personal belongings.
Family Friendly
Family Friendly Park with playground on site and moon jump set up during nice weather for the kids to play.
TV Connection
The TV connection is terrific because we provide Direct TV with many optional channels, including some HBO channels. No another park in the area has this feature, and it is included in the rent. Only need the satellite cable, dish and receiver set up on site.
